Payment Policy
Question: What registration fee do I need to pay?
The registration fee depends on the category of applicant and the services opted for.
For Job Seekers and Internship Applicants
Basic Registration
No registration fee is payable for basic registration.
Verified Registration
Applicants opting for verified registration shall be required to pay a non-refundable verification fee of ₹1,000 (Rupees One Thousand only), plus applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
The verification fee is charged exclusively for the purpose of:
- Verification of the applicant's identity, educational qualifications, professional credentials, and/or skills, as applicable;
- Inclusion of the applicant in the SDT Academy's database of Verified Candidates; and
- Enabling employers to identify applicants whose credentials have been independently verified by the Academy.
Verification by the Academy does not constitute a guarantee of employment, internship, interview, or job placement. However, verified candidates may receive greater visibility before prospective employers.
For Employers
Employers are required to pay a registration fee as prescribed by the Academy from time to time. The applicable fee shall depend upon factors including, but not limited to:
The size and nature of the organization
The anticipated recruitment volume
The frequency of hiring activities
The prevailing fee schedule shall be published on the SDT Academy website or otherwise communicated to the employer.
For Courses, Workshops, and Training Programmes
The applicable participation fee for each course, workshop, certification programme, or training event shall be specified in the respective programme announcement or registration page.
Discounts and Scholarships
The Academy may, at its sole discretion, announce promotional discounts, scholarships, fee waivers, or other concessions from time to time. Such offers shall be subject to the specific terms and conditions announced for the respective programme and shall not create any continuing entitlement for future registrations.
